課程概述 |
本課程係以醫技系三年級學生為授課對象，計二學分，於每週一上課。為醫技系必修課程，內容係介紹基礎及臨床血液學，血液內各成份及其功能與作用機轉，尤其凝血機制與血小板的生成與功能。臨床方面簡介常見血液疾病、認識發病之轉機、臨床特徵以及實驗室診斷方法(包括分子診斷技術與原理)。講授的疾病有血小板異常以及血液凝固異常等疾病。此外也簡介相關的其他疾病如粥狀動脈硬化等。透過本課程，將使大三學生具有基礎及臨床血液學方面的知識。 |

(1)認識血小板生理功能及相關病理。
(2)了解凝血因子及其生化與生理功能。
(3)凝血機制與血栓病理機制。
(4)了解基因異常與後天因素造成的血小板及凝血相關的疾病。 |
